Fill out this form if you are ready to take the next step towards fostering a puppy.
If you are over 18 years old, have no other puppies in the household, and can adhere to the conditions below, maybe you can be a Ten10 volunteer puppy foster parent:
- Attend ten10 provided puppy and basic obedience classes, and reinforce at home, all of the techniques learned.
- Provide a healthy diet dictated by Ten10.
- Provide a comfortable, safe home for the puppy, including an appropriate sized indoor crate for the puppy to sleep in.
- Stay in close contact with ten10 regarding the puppies development.
- Keep the puppy on a leash at all times when out of the confines of your home and yard.
- Provide constant supervision for the puppy throughout the day.
- Return the puppy when Ten10 decides it is ready to be accepted into our training program.
- Provide the puppy with ample socialization opportunities in public.
- Provide financially for the puppy’s food, medical costs and transportation.
